Organic Silicium and the different active ingredients :

Silicium element:

Obtained by the transformation of silica, an essential mineral substance.
Obtained from the terrestrial crust, one of the four elements; earth.
Present in the cutaneous structure, it is called organic Silicium.

Organic Silicium is one of the major components of connective tissue.

It is an component of the skin’s structure. It helps to build the macromolecules that make connective tissue: elastin, collagen, proteoglycans and glycoproteins.

It regulates the production of fibroblasts involved in dermo-epidermic function by encouraging the regeneration of elastin and collagen fibers.

Organic Silicium has the capacity to re-structure connective tissue and slow down the ageing effects.

It regulates cellular metabolism and cell division.
Its concentration in the connective tissues is an essential factor in the cell renewal process.
It protects cellular metabolism and fight the formation of free radicals by reinforcing the cell wall.
